MDD Design Studio. MDD Design Studio is a design consultancy and also project management firm. Where design consultancy is our main business core. Here in design studio, we emphasis a lot on our design excellence, in which we believe that all the design (drawings in either 2D or 3D) will excel to our client and their needs. So to our believe in designing as what we can say is no matter how good the design looks like, but the design itself must meet our client’s requirements and needs. Cos here in MDD Design Studio, we put our client and their needs as the priority in the project.
We design all types of projects ranging from commercial to residential. In which we also handle project such as condominiums to newly built bungalows. Therewith we work closely and engaged with all our developers, architects, contractors to sub-contractors for all projects to ensure the needs and requirements of our clients are satisfied. We believe in proper management in all project to help our client to reduce cost or budget. For example; in a project where our client just bought a land and wanted to build a bungalow,from there we plan everything so that in this way we all can save time and reduce the cost of construction. With this, we also can control and ensure the direction and the workmanship of the whole project.
